Initial 8 Hr. EPA Repair, Renovate, and Paint.
This course is the EPA required Repair, Renovate, and Paint that certifies workers in the appropriate way to handle lead-based paint in relationship to residential construction. This course is approved for 8 MN continuing education hours.
EPA RRP 4hr Refresher & MN Code Update
Once certified, the worker needs to take this EPA required 4 hr. refresher course every five years. ProEd adds three hours of Minnesota specific content including an hour of Energy Code and an hour of Business Administration bring the total MN continuing education hrs. to 7 total hrs.
Contractor / Remodeler Update 2023
This course discusses, among other topics, Ice Lensing and resulting frost heave and how to deal with it as a builder and whether it is a warrantable claim under 327A. Also included in this 7hr. course is an hour of Energy Code and an hour of Business Administration.
